Nombre del grupo 'La Quinta Estación' se disputa en un juicio
De acuerdo con la revista española Hola!, Sobre ellos recae una denuncia penal presentada por Sven Martín, creador del grupo en el año 2000 y quien ahora reclama el nombre, argumentado que él fue el que lo registró en el Registro de la Propiedad Industrial.
En esta denuncia Sven acusa a los miembros de la banda de usar un nombre de su propiedad y lucrar con él durante años.

Bailarina de Beyoncé fue un hombre
Lo que hace unos días solo fue una murmuración, hoy es una realidad. Se confirmó que una de las bailarinas que aparece en el video de Beyoncé “Single ladies” es Jaquel Knight, coreógrafo de la cantante que fungió de mujer para aparecer en la producción.
Aunque a cierta vista es difícil de apreciar que se trata de un hombre debido a que luce muy femenina con un cuerpo y piernas muy estilizados, se confirmó que Jaquel Knight participó como bailarina en la coreografía.
Según informa la prensa estadounidense, el coreógrafo de la cantante habría tomado el lugar de una bailarina haciendo una performance digna de una ´drag queen´, especulando que se trataría de un homenaje de la cantante a la comunidad de “drag queens” que la imitan.

Taylor Swift: Artista del año en los American Music Awards
Ambos competían por el título con el grupo, Kings of Leon, la diva del pop Lady Gaga y el rapero Eminem. Taylor Swift obtuvo además el premio en la categoría Mejor Artista Pop Rock Femenina, imponiéndose a Beyoncé, Mejor Artista Country, Mejor Artista Adulto Contemporáneo y Mejor Disco Country.
La joven cantante no pudo asistir a la gala que siguió en directo desde Londres donde se encuentra para su próxima actuación, pero entró en vía satélite para agradecer los premios. "¡Ojalá pudiera estar ahí para daros las gracias!".
Los premios fueron concedidos en una espectacular gala celebrada en el teatro Nokia Theatre que abrió Janet Jackson con una versión de los grandes éxitos de su hermano como "Miss you much," "What have you done for me lately" o "If", coincidiendo con la salida al mercado de el disco "Number Ones".
Michael Jackson había estado ausente de la lucha por los American Music Awards desde 1996 cuando fue nombrado Mejor artista de pop/rock del año y fue candidato también en otras dos categorías.
Pero, su hermano Jermaine, que fue el encargado de recoger los premios en su nombre no se fue con las manos vacías ya que Jackson consiguió el American Music Awards en la categoría de soul/r&b, mejor artista masculino y mejor disco de pop/rock por "Number Ones".
